atv parts plus gets an A+

Postby gsxrjeffro on Wed Nov 01, 2006 9:29 pm

well i took my bike to ATV parts plus in beckley the other day and had them mount two tires, install both sprockets, chain and replace my front fender. it cost me $94 and they everything went really smooth. they even told me to call them when i found a deal and they would try to match. they aslo said they would give anyone on here a really good deal on 180 rear dunlop qualifiers. just ask for jason marsh and tell him you ride with me..

I have good luck dealing with more ATV dealers than bike dealers when it comes to parts and service. I used to go to Hillbilly's in Princeton but got tired of waiting 2-3 days for a tire change or 2-3 weeks for a warranty issue.

I now goto a place called Swampfox on 19/460 run by a guy named Darren Coe. Super easy to deal with and he always gives a great price.
I bought my last bike from a place in Rosedale, Mountian Suzuki and I'm going to need the rear preload adjuster fixed soon so I'll get to see if they are any better on the warranty fixes.

Speaking of "Qualifiers"...I ran the 180 rear for 3K and was impressed with the stickyness. Only problem is that I commute much more than I get to run the chckens off the road. Ended up with a wicked flat spot in the middle big enough to stand the bike up. Still have the front Qualifier, but now have a Battlax BT020R on the rear. After 1.5k still looking good and only 1 chicken left on the right rear.
