shady spring-alderson-lewisburg-white sulphur springs-minnehaha springs-dunmore-greenbank-bartow-circleville-franklin-brandywine (run the mountain to the va line and back to brandywine for dinner at fat boys pork palace and yes its worth the stop ) -down sugar grove by the naval base ( yes wv has a naval base)-moyers-monterey, va-warms springs,va-covington, va- sweet springs-union-greenville-forest hill-hinton and back to shady spring. around 380 or so miles..
