Good Morning WV

Postby V-Strom Rick on Sun May 25, 2008 7:55 am

Morning all. I am from Clarskburg and was just googling the internet and found this site. Looks good, I ride an 05' DL1000 (V-Strom). What is the old attage, Live to ride and ride to live, thats me. I hang out in the eastern part of the state most of the time. Seneca, Cannaan, Deep Creek, you know all the good roads LOL. Anyone from up around Clarksburg on here?

Hey Rick!!

Welcome to the forum, the more the merrier!

I get up into C-burg some for work but we haven't done much riding in that area. We have hit Seneca a few times and do the Snowshoe thing several times.

Hello Rick and welcome!

I'm from Teays Valley and love to ride over in the eastern parts every chance I can get...problem is I don't get that many chances. How are the roads holding up in those parts?

I also believe the saying for many of us is ride to eat

See ya on the road...

roads are in pretty decent shape. I maybe going to the Romney area next week end, haven't been over there for a long time, I may run on over and hit Skyline Drive, depends on weather, if it is bad I'll probably scrap that and take the dirt bike down to HM trails, probably Browning Fork.
